At Bearly Grown, we take great pride in creating custom embroidered teddy bears that bring joy and comfort to our customers. Because each item is handmade and customized to your specifications, we have a unique return policy to ensure clarity and fairness for everyone.

Custom Orders Custom embroidery orders are final sale due to their personalized nature. Please double-check all details, including names, dates, and design requests, before placing your order. Once production begins, changes cannot be made.

Non-Custom Items For non-customized items, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Defective or Damaged Items If your item arrives damaged or with a defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will request photos of the damage to assess the situation and will gladly offer a replacement or refund if it is on us.
